Fine Dining
This red dining room is an extension of the red living room. The color just doesn’t work. Even if the owner were not selling the property I would have advised painting this room. The furniture, art work, even the light fixture, all get lost with the saturated wall color. Everything blends together and you don’t notice a thing. All of this furniture was moved to a secondary dining area.

The glass table and gray chairs came from the more informal breakfast area. The shape and texture of the chairs creates a more formal air than the original Parsons chairs. The glass table is lighter and more suited to the formal room. Removing the rug opens up the space. The artwork and the red glass bowl create focal points and continue the use of red as an accent color.
